At Palmer’s, we want you to love your skincare results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible beauty products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
- 3.Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
